Nigel Boielle (MEng) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nigel is currently working as an Enterprise Account Director at Zaptic, where they are responsible for assigning and tracking work and outcomes across frontline teams in real-time. Prior to that, Nigel was the CEO and Co-founder of faultless AI, a business focused on using AI techniques to solve human error in manufacturing assembly. Nigel also served as the Managing Director of BETL, where they established a general engineering consultancy specializing in mechanical design, process control and improvement. Nigel has also been self-employed as a nomad and a freelance share trader, gaining experience in various areas including programming and trading methodologies. Nigel has worked at Ricardo as a Chief Engineer, managing multiple concurrent projects for major automotive clients globally. At Ford Motor Company, Nigel was an Ongoing Product Development Engineer, successfully reducing warranty spend for high-pressure diesel fuel systems across Europe and Asia. Early in their career, they worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Auckland UniServices Limited. Nigel Boielle (MEng) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Auckland, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Nigel then pursued a Master of Engineering degree (equivalent to MPhil in the UK) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
