Renata Kashiwaya Pinheiro has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success and client experience. Renata is currently the VP of Customer Success at Zaptic and previously worked as a Customer Success Consultant & Advisor at RKP Consulting Ltd, where they helped start-ups and scale-ups build effective customer success teams. Renata also served as an Executive Member at Pavilion, a private membership organization for commercial growth operators.

Prior to their current roles, Renata worked as the VP of Customer Success at Runa, a B2B FinTech scale-up, where they led the development and launch of the global post-sales customer department. Renata also worked at Attest, a B2B SaaS MarTech scale-up, in various roles, including Director of Client Experience, Head of Client Experience, and Client Director. In these positions, Renata focused on improving the client experience, developing customer insights, and driving organizational pivots.

Before their roles in the customer success field, Renata worked at Ferrero as a Sales Execution Manager, where they led internal projects and provided intelligence to improve company performance. Renata also worked at Europanel as an International Client Manager and at Kantar Worldpanel UK as a Client Manager and Category Analyst.

Renata's work experience began with an internship at Cancer Research UK, where they worked as a Lab Research Assistant conducting research on DNA damage pathways. Overall, Renata has a strong background in customer success, client experience, project management, and research.

Renata Kashiwaya Pinheiro's education history begins in 2003 when they attended St. Frances International College. There, they pursued the IB Diploma Programme and studied Maths, Biology, Economics, A2 English, A1 Portuguese, and Visual Arts. Renata completed their diploma in 2006.

In 2006, Renata attended City of Bath College and undertook a Foundation Year in Science. Their studies included Biology, Chemistry, Social Sciences, and IT. Renata completed this program in 2007.

From 2007 to 2010, Renata studied at the University of Bath, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) degree with a focus on Biological Sciences.

In 2014, Renata enrolled at Hult International Business School and pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Their studies at Hult focused on Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Renata completed their MBA in 2015.

In addition to their formal degrees, Renata has obtained certifications to enhance their skillset. In December 2022, they completed a CCO School program at Pavilion. Furthermore, in July 2022, Renata obtained a Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio.
