Robert (R.J.) Hochmuth

Robert (R.J.) Hochmuth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Robert (R.J.) started their career at Preferred Dental Health Plan in 2000 as a Data Entry specialist, where they provided database support and established procedures for the claims division.

In 2003, they worked at IPNT as a Technical Support representative, responsible for monitoring network performance, providing technical phone and email support, and assisting in server management.

From 1998 to 2007, they worked at Ariel Supply in roles including Customer Service and Webmaster. As a Customer Service representative, they built relationships with business clientele, processed orders, and acted as a purchasing agent. As a Webmaster, they created and managed the company's website and was solely responsible for the web product database.

From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Noritz America as a Technical Service representative, providing troubleshooting and training on the company's equipment to internal staff, vendors, and customers.

From 2009 to 2013, they returned to Ariel Supply as a Customer Service representative, where they once again built relationships with business clientele, processed orders, and acted as a purchasing agent. Robert (R.J.) also oversaw sales and customer service on a daily basis.

Since 2013, Robert has been working at Zapways, Inc. Robert (R.J.) started as a Product Support Specialist, providing technical support to users and recommending improvements to the product based on user input. Robert (R.J.) later transitioned to a role as a Software Quality Assurance Tech, where they developed test strategies, frameworks, and scripts and was responsible for leading QA testing activity. Currently, they hold the position of QA Supervisor.

Robert (R.J.) Hochmuth obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Entry-Level Accounting from Orange Coast College in May 2005. Robert (R.J.) attended Orange Coast College from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration. Robert (R.J.) later enrolled at California State University, Long Beach from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science.
