Heather Zara

Heather Zara has over 10 years of experience working in the media industry. Heather started their career as a Sports Reporter/Producer/Intern at WLNS, ABC 53, Lansing in 2006. Following that, they interned at WJBK Fox 2, Detroit as a Sports Intern. In 2007, they joined WDIV Local 4 News/ClickOnDetroit as a Reporter/Anchor, where they also served as a Traffic reporter on Local 4 News Morning. Heather then worked as a Sports Anchor at WWJ | CBS Detroit in 2008. In 2010, they became the Host of the daily sports show Michigan State All Access at Michigan State University, where they also put together special features on MSU athletics. Heather subsequently joined Palace Sports & Entertainment in 2011 as a Reporter for the Detroit Pistons, contributing to pistons.com and appearing as a feature reporter on Pistons Weekly on Fox Sports Detroit. In the same year, they also became the Owner & CEO of Zara Creative.
