Salman Arshad

Salman Arshad has extensive experience in banking and financial services, currently serving as the Country Head of NPL & SAM at Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd. since December 2010, where record-breaking recoveries were achieved in 2023, including a repayment of 70 billion, NPL recovery of 27 billion, and SAM recovery of 10 billion. Previous roles include EVP & Head of Enterprise Risk Management Division, EVP & Head of Operation Division, and Provincial Chief Punjab. Additionally, Salman Arshad has a background as C.E.O of Transformers Cost Cutting Consultants and held managerial positions at HBL, Escorts Investment Bank Ltd, and MCB Bank Limited. An M.P.A in Finance was obtained from Aitchison College, complementing a solid foundation in banking operations, risk management, and business development.
