Daniel Díez Romero has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2006, they worked as the Golf Course & Resort Director at Catalonia Hotels & Resorts. In 2007, they became a Golf TV Anchor for CANAL+ Group and also became the Owner & Board Member of Aplisoft & Ided. Daniel later joined Nestlé Nespresso SA as an Accountant Finance in 2008, and in 2009, they worked as the External Communication Manager at KLOCKNER. Daniel then transitioned to the role of Marketing Director at KLOCKNER in the same year, where they were responsible for analyzing, developing, and evaluating marketing strategies. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of CEO at KLOCKNER, where they demonstrated their ability to lead the company through cultural change and achieved significant growth. In 2015, they joined ESADE Business & Law School as an Academic Collaborator in the Marketing Department and served as a Guest Lecturer for MSC and Executive Master of Marketing in International Marketing. In 2018, they joined Straumann Group as the Country Manager Iberia - Vice President, where they had full responsibility for the P&L of Spain and Portugal. In 2021, they became a Strategic Senior Advisor before joining International Emergency Services in 2022 as the General Manager. Currently, they are the CEO of Zarc4Endo, starting from 2023.

Daniel Díez Romero has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. In 2002, they attended ESERP Business & Law School, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration. Following this, in 2007 and 2008, they enrolled in EAE Business School and completed an MBA & Sport Management program.

In 2013 and 2014, Daniel studied at Esade, where they pursued an Executive Master's degree in Marketing and Sales. In the same year, they also completed a course on Finance for managers at Esade. Furthermore, in 2015 and 2016, they attended Esade again and successfully obtained an Executive Master's degree in Finance CFO.

Daniel continued to expand their knowledge and skills by attending other educational institutions. In 2014, they completed a Digital Business Course with a focus on Digital Marketing at Santa Clara University. In 2016, they attended NYU Stern School of Business and studied Corporate Finance.

Daniel's pursuit of education did not stop there. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education and participated in the Disruptive Innovation program with Clayton Christensen. The following year, in 2018 and 2019, they completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLDA 27), specializing in Business Administration and Management, at Harvard Business School.

In addition to their academic achievements, Daniel obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they became a certified Professional Golf player through the Spanish Golf Federation. More recently, in August 2021, they completed a certification in Executive Leadership from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in July 2021, they obtained a certification in Psychological Safety, which focused on clearing blocks to innovation, collaboration, and risk-taking, also from LinkedIn.
