Andy Wourms

Andy Wourms has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being Director of Human Resources at Zaremba Management Company. Prior to that, they worked at DDR Corp., where they served as Director of Recruiting for five years, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and training and development efforts. Before that, they held various roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, including Senior Analyst in Human Resources, Corporate Recruiter, Recruiting Analyst, Employee Relations Representative, Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern. Throughout their career, Andy has gained experience in managing relocation programs, overseeing technical operations and training programs, managing vendor relationships, conducting investigations, implementing conflict resolutions, and providing guidance and counsel.

From 2000 to 2004, Andy Wourms attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management.
