Mbaeri Ujunwa has a diverse work experience. Most recently, Mbaeri Ujunwa joined Zarttech in 2020, initially as a Global Technical Recruiter/Sourcer/Compliance/Recruitment Manager. They were actively involved in sourcing, implementing recruitment strategies, and conducting screening interviews for senior and mid-level engineering roles. In September 2021, they took on the role of Global Technical Recruiter/Head of Compliance/Recruitment, where they bridged the talent gap by connecting diverse IT experts with global work opportunities.
Throughout their work experience, Mbaeri Ujunwa has developed a strong background in legal research, drafting, and immigration law. They have also gained valuable skills in technical recruitment and compliance management.
Mbaeri Ujunwa obtained a LLB degree in Law from Madonna University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Mbaeri later attended the Nigerian Law School from 2014 to 2015, earning a BL degree in Law. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mbaeri Ujunwa has also obtained several certifications. These include a Certificate of Recognition-GREAT LEADER from Zarttech in January 2022 and another in May 2022, as well as certifications in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in July 2021, and in Tech Recruiting Foundations and Project Initiation from Google in February and March 2023 respectively.
