Stephen F. Ritner

Stephen Ritner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and business services. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Zarwin Baum since January 2012, Stephen specializes in sales and acquisitions of businesses, private placements, and private equity financing. Concurrently, Stephen holds an Of Counsel position at Gould Yaffe & Golden, a boutique law firm focused on providing comprehensive legal representation to businesses and entrepreneurs in various sectors, including corporate and real estate matters. Prior to these roles, Stephen was a Managing Director at Griffin Financial Group and Of Counsel at Stevens & Lee from 2003 to 2010. Stephen earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and holds a degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
