Stacey Bacon has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience ranging from working as a Line Cook to an Assistant Manager. With a history of holding titles such as Kitchen Manager and Pastry Chef, Stacey is known for getting things done efficiently. Starting as a Chef Assistant at Walt Disney World, Stacey has worked their way up the culinary ladder, even being the first in Florida to follow the Bon Jovi project at Mosicas Community Cafe. Currently, Stacey is excelling as an Assistant Manager at Zax LLC.
