Jeff Allen

Jeff Allen has extensive work experience in the field of digital systems architecture, application development, and project management. Jeff is currently working as the Sr. Director of Digital Systems Architecture at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President - Principal Product Owner at Fifth Third Bank from October 2019 to June 2022. Jeff also has experience as the Owner of J. P. Allen Software, Inc. from 2005 to October 2019. Jeff has worked as the Director of Application Development and Digital Systems at S&S Health from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have worked as a Programmer at Howard Systems International, Provident Bank, and Sant in different time periods. Jeff also served as the Site Services Leader at Alternative Resources Corporation from June 1994 to September 1999, and as the IT Director at Biddle Shoppetts Inc. from 1992 to 1994. Jeff's roles have involved managing teams, implementing Agile development practices, making budget decisions, and solutioning at an organizational level.

Jeff Allen attended Walnut Hills High School from 1980 to 1985. Jeff then pursued Electrical Engineering at Indiana Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1986. From 1986 to 1988, they studied Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati. Lastly, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Phoenix, majoring in Computer Science.
