Katie Johnson has over 25 years of experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Menu & Calendar Strategy at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since July 2017. Previously, Katie held various roles at DialAmerica Marketing from May 1994 to July 2017, including Account Manager/Executive, where responsibilities included serving as the primary point of contact for clients and designing custom strategies to represent products and brands effectively. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
