Nicole Herron

Nicole Herron is a seasoned professional in restaurant design, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Design at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since July 2021, following roles as Senior Restaurant Design Manager and Restaurant Design Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Shop Designer at Krispy Kreme from July 2019 to July 2021 and Lead Designer at Boxman Studios from May 2018 to June 2019. Nicole began their career at Krispy Kreme as a Design Assistant and has held multiple design and managerial positions, including Interior Designer at Storr Office Environments and Brentwood Carpets Flooring America, as well as Assistant Manager at Payless ShoeSource. Nicole gained valuable experience as an Interior Design Intern at J. Morgan Design. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from East Carolina University from 2011 to 2014.
