Jim Campbell

Jim Campbell is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience in technology solutions and sales engineering. Currently serving as SVP of Solution Architecture at Zayo Group since December 2021, Campbell previously held multiple high-level positions at Lumen Technologies from 2002 to 2022, including Vice President of Technology Solutions, where oversight of an 800-person organization focused on aligning IT with business strategies took place. Additional roles included Vice President of Solution Specialists and Strategic Alliances, achieving significant sales growth and modernizing performance reporting. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Biomedical disciplines from Duke University.
