Sheily Mali

Sheily Mali has extensive experience in network operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Global Network Operations for IP Ethernet at Zayo Group since April 2018. Prior roles at Zayo Group include Sr. Director of Global Network Operations, Director of Enterprise TAC, and Manager of Enterprise TAC. Before joining Zayo Group, Sheily worked at Zayo Canada as a Team Lead for IP NCC Tier III Specialists from July 2016 to April 2018, and spent eight years at Allstream from 2008 to June 2016 as Sr. Platform Manager for Data & IP Network.
