Patricia Ip

Patricia Ip is an experienced professional in accounts management and program leadership, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Accounts Management at ZayZoon since April 2025. Prior roles include ScaleUp Program Manager at Invest Ottawa, where support was provided to scaling tech firms, and Entrepreneurship Programs Lead at the same organization, contributing significantly to the Downtown Ottawa Business Relief Fund. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Acadium and Shopify, focusing on customer success and team engagement. Patricia also held various roles in community service, including research intern and co-president of the University of Ottawa Society for Women's Empowerment. Patricia holds an Honours BSocSc in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa and has furthered technical skills at Juno College of Technology.
