Vincenzo de Rocchis

Vincenzo De Rocchis, PhD, is an experienced innovation consultant and subject matter expert currently engaged with multiple organizations, including Zaz Ventures, LEC Partners, Bright Green Partners, MycoStories, and Yeastime S.r.l. Recent roles included serving as an Industrial Protein Biotechnologist at Tessenderlo Group and a Senior Scientist at LenioBio GmbH. As CEO and Co-Founder of KYKEON Biotech, Vincenzo De Rocchis focused on cell-free protein synthesis. Previous experience includes project management at Technische Hochschule Wildau and involvement in the BestPass project at IGZ – Leibniz Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops. Vincenzo De Rocchis holds a PhD in Plant-Microbe Interaction from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and has also completed advanced courses in bioprocess design. Academic qualifications encompass degrees in Molecular Biotechnology, Biotechnology, Cultural Anthropology, and foundational education in Liceo Scientifico.
