Alicia Liew

Alicia Liew is a skilled UX Designer currently at Baba Bags since December 2022, where brand identity and customer engagement through sustainable features are developed. In parallel, Alicia works in Customer Experience at ZBiotics to enhance customer satisfaction and manage interactions across various platforms. As a freelance UX and UI Designer, contributions are made to multiple projects by uncovering user needs and revitalizing brand identities. Alicia has a background in education, having served as a Substitute Teacher at Swing Education and as a Site Director at Education Unlimited, where leadership and operational efficiency were key. A prior role as a Benefits Analyst for the County of San Mateo involved assisting residents in gaining health benefits. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University and an Associate’s Degree from Solano Community College.
