Sebastian Kutz has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Vice President of Compliance & Systems and Vice President of Projects QHSSE at ZEABORN Ship Management since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kutz held senior positions at Rickmers Shipmanagement GmbH & Cie. KG from 2011 to 2018, including Senior Vice President of QHSE / Crew Management and Director of QHSE & Crew Management. Kutz's career includes a progression from Master/Navigational Officer to QHSE Executive, reflecting a robust seagoing background on container vessels. Academically, Kutz earned a degree in Nautics and Shipping from the University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design in Wismar, Germany, between 1999 and 2004.
