Ulrik Tolderlund

Ulrik Tolderlund serves as Vice President of Quality Systems & Compliance at Ascendis Pharma since October 2022, leading the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with global regulations. Previously, Ulrik held the role of Vice President for Corporate Product Quality Assurance at H. Lundbeck from November 2020 to October 2022, focused on integrating QMS for both small molecule and biologics. With over two decades at Lundbeck in various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Quality Assurance Global Supply Chain & IT, Ulrik has consistently driven improvements in inspection readiness and quality systems, while managing significant QA operations across manufacturing and supply chain environments. Ulrik's early career includes a role at Novo Nordisk A/S as Team Leader, overseeing implementation of new QC technologies. Ulrik holds a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet.
