Mary Dimou

Mary Dimou is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and strategic operations, currently serving as General Partner and Advisor at Nadarra Ventures since June 2023, and mentoring at the Creative Destruction Lab. As Managing Director at Olive Theory Ventures, Inc. since 2018, expertise spans fundraising, business development, and technical operations in Advanced Manufacturing. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at RIV Capital Inc. and board memberships at ZeaKal, Inc., BioLumic, and Herbert Labs. Mary Dimou also contributed to the Ontario Centre of Innovation as Lead for Start-Ups and as a Senior Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Academic credentials include a PhD in Higher Education focusing on Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer from the University of Toronto, alongside advanced degrees and certifications from the University of Guelph and the University of Toronto.
