Natalia Drazhnik

Natalia Drazhnik has a diverse work experience in project management and business analysis.

In 2014, they worked as a Personal Tutor at Repetit.Ru until 2018.

From 2017 to 2018, they were employed at Société Générale Insurance as a Business Analyst, where they developed and improved business processes and prepared change requests and functional requirements.

In 2017, they also worked as an Education Instructor at Akademia Zvezd for a brief period of time.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a System Analyst at AT Consulting, where they worked according to agile project methodologies and collaborated with the product owner to understand and analyze business needs.

From 2019 to 2020, they held two roles at MTS. Firstly, as an IT Project Manager, they organized the workflow in a team of 50 people and optimized business processes. Secondly, as a Senior Information Technology System Analyst, they worked on two projects simultaneously and managed backlogs.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at SBER as a Project Manager, where they delivered products to clients and communicated with users to identify and write product requirements.

Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Zeal Capital Market (UK) Limited starting in 2022.

Natalia Drazhnik completed their Master of Computer Science degree at the University of Warwick from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Specialist of the interpretation in IT (English - Russian) from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they also earned a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Business Informatics from 2014 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Natalia obtained a Microsoft Certified Exam in Excel in September 2019 and an IELTS score of 6.5 in November 2018.
