Bianca Phillip

Bianca Phillip serves as an Investment Associate and Founding Member at Zeal Capital Partners, focusing on driving capital to Black-led teams in the early stages of development. Additionally, Bianca is part of the DMV Chapter Leadership Team at BLCK VC. Previously, Bianca gained experience as an Investment Fellow at Visible Hands, an organization dedicated to investing in overlooked founders, and held various analyst roles within the Sustainable Finance and Customer Acquisition divisions at Goldman Sachs. Other notable positions include a Summer Analyst role at Goldman Sachs, a Digital Marketing Internship at CloudHealth Technologies, and diverse experiences in retail and marketing. Bianca earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Technology from the University of Miami and completed educational programs through the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity initiative.
