In addition to managing asset recovery, Erika serves as a liaison for community engagement, focusing on business and cannabis initiatives. Prior to this role, Erika worked as an assistant manager and escalation specialist at Citi from January 2015 to April 2016. Erika's career also includes a tenure at Ann Arbor Public Schools from August 2008 to August 2014, where responsibilities included serving as a site supervisor and program director.
