Nigel Thurlow is a seasoned executive and expert in Lean and Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Flow Consortium since December 2019, where a collaboration of respected organizations aims to deliver superior capabilities in the Agile domain. As the Co-Creator of The Flow System™, Nigel contributes to fostering innovation and enhancing business growth by streamlining value delivery. In addition to roles as a Board Advisor at the University of North Texas and a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org, Nigel founded CQD LLC in 2011, focusing on advancing knowledge in Lean, Agile, and Complexity. With a strong background in Agile leadership at Toyota, including establishing the Toyota Agile Academy, Nigel has been instrumental in training thousands of practitioners and driving enterprise agility at various organizations.
