Chuck Piccirillo

Chuck Piccirillo has over 30 years of extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and healthcare industries. Starting from 1988, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Nova MicroSonics, where they successfully developed and commercialized several ultrasound mini-PACS systems. Chuck then joined Kodak, Health Imaging in 1997 as the Director of R&D, responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of the R&D transformation plan for a $2.1 billion division. At Kodak, they directed a multisite software organization and oversaw the development of various healthcare IT products.

In 2004, Chuck joined Hill-Rom, HealthCare IT Solutions as the Executive Director of Product Development. In this role, they served as the division's Chief Technology Officer, managing product and technology strategy, product development, and commercialization of healthcare IT solutions applications. Chuck also chaired the Product Advisory Council and was responsible for managing the division's product portfolio pipeline investment.

From 2007 to 2009, Chuck held multiple positions at etrials, including President & CEO and Vice President of Technology (CTO). As the President & CEO, they led the $24 million public eClinical SaaS company and implemented strategies to improve profitability and growth. As the Vice President of Technology, they led the technology strategy and development of an integrated eClinical SaaS solution.

In 2009, Chuck became the Managing Partner at TecExecs, where they focused on providing technology executive consulting services. Chuck then joined Cenduit LLC in 2010 as the Global Head of Technology (CTO), responsible for managing technology operations.

From 2011 to 2016, Chuck worked at PRA International as the Senior Vice President of IT & Development (CTO/CIO). In this role, they led the global information technology and strategic development functions, as well as served as the chief architect for the innovative Predictivv platform.

Since 2016, Chuck has been serving as the CEO of Zealic Solutions, where they oversee the overall operations of the company.

In addition to their corporate roles, Chuck also served as a Board of Director at TTEC from 2008 to 2012, where they led the education program and provided mentorship and internship opportunities for technology students.
