Nicole Calloway

Nicole Calloway is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition and patient engagement, currently serving as a Patient Engagement Specialist and Product Owner at Zealic since February 2017. Nicole's experience includes working as a Clinical Dietitian for both WakeMed and Harnett Health, as well as a Dietetic Intern at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Prior roles include medical assistant positions at LifeStyle Medical Center and WakeMed, alongside nutrition-focused internships and volunteer experiences with the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics from Appalachian State University, a Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from Meredith College, and completed a Dietetic Internship at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
