Andy Horn

Andy Horn is a seasoned public safety consultant with 20 years of experience in law enforcement leadership and public safety technology. They served as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Carrollton, where they led a significant digital transformation and managed responses to critical challenges, including a large-scale cyber-attack. Prior to that, they held positions as a Police Commander and Sergeant, enhancing departmental operations and community relations. Currently, Andy serves on Zebra Technologies' Government Customer Advisory Board, where they contribute insights to shape technology solutions for public safety, while also volunteering as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff in Tarrant County. Their educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA.
