Shailesh Jaiswal

Shailesh Jaiswal is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong background in designing and improving manufacturing processes. Currently serving as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Zebra Technologies since January 2020, Shailesh focuses on enhancing productivity and quality in the production of Autonomous Mobile Robots. Previously, as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Jabil from August 2013 to January 2020, Shailesh played a crucial role in the startup of electro-mechanical complex assembly projects, emphasizing design for manufacturability and process control. Additional experience includes roles at MHI Canada Aerospace Inc. as an Industrial Engineer, where Shailesh standardized assembly processes for aircraft wings, and earlier positions at Jabil that involved leading teams to optimize manufacturing processes for network appliances and implementing lean methodologies. Shailesh holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
