Richard Jennings

Richard Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Richard is currently the Managing Director at Zedify, a company in Norwich that they founded in 2018. Prior to this, Richard was the Delivery Manager at Outspoken Delivery Norwich from 2015 to 2018. Richard also served as the Managing Director at Norwich Delivery Limited, trading as Outspoken Delivery, during the same time period.

Before their roles in the delivery industry, Richard worked at Spiral Software Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015, and as a Software Developer from 2011 to 2014. Richard also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Group Engineer, Software from 2009 to 2011, where they played a significant role in cross-site software development and was a Scrum Master.

Earlier in their career, Richard worked at i2 Ltd as a Software Engineer from 2006 to 2010, gaining experience in developing desktop and client-server applications. Richard also worked as a Software Engineer at TeraView Limited from 2004 to 2005, and as a Software Architect at The Automation Partnership from 1997 to 2004.

Richard's work experience also includes a role as a Software Team Leader at Serck Controls from 1992 to 1995.
