Astrud Lotz

Raised in South Africa, Astrud started her career as a Human Resources Officer before relocating to the UK in 1990 where she successfully held various HR roles in a variety of sectors including Gas and Oil, Engineering and Professional Services. Astrud relocated to Jersey and took up a role as head of Human Resources for Mourant Ozannes followed by a move to ZEDRA as the first employee in late 2015 being part of a team that completed the acquisition of the 6 Barclays Trust jurisdictions.

In her various roles Astrud has effectively developed workforce capability and management skills to deliver creative and practical solutions across the HR spectrum. Astrud is a dedicated HR Business Partner with a commitment to championing diversity and inclusion within the corporate environment overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organisational development and learning and development.

Astrud enjoys spending her time with her son, socialising and anything to do with travelling whether reading, watching documentaries or going on long haul trips.
