Carolyn Arlett

Carolyn achieved her ACA qualification with BDO in London in 2000 where her audit clients included retailers, logistics companies, charities and commodities brokers.

Carolyn has spent the majority of her career working in industry, most recently within the EMEA headquarters of a listed Japanese company in the office automation sector, where she provided in-house advice and support to the European business and led a number of group-wide corporate governance and business process re-engineering projects.

Carolyn joined Fitzgerald & Law (now part of ZEDRA) in 2014 and ensures the efficient administration of F&L client companies by managing their compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Carolyn also provides advice to directors and company owners on their legal responsibilities and corporate governance issues.
