Rebecca Avery

Rebecca is a manager in the incentives team, providing employer solutions for a large number of corporates, including employee benefit trusts and nominee arrangements.

Her clients include some of the largest companies on the London Stock Exchange including the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 as well as private companies with institutional shareholders. In addition, she is regularly involved in direct listings as well as IPO’s and Mergers & Acquisitions for both new and existing clients.

Rebecca has over 13 years’ experience in the finance industry in both private client and employer solutions, 8 of which have been at ZEDRA.

Rebecca is an Affiliated Member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (previously ICSA) and holds the International Diploma in Financial Administration from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).
