Grace Emeka has worked in the financial services industry for several years. Grace began their career at Heritage Bank Limited in 2015 as a Relationship Manager, where they worked until January 2017. Grace then joined Zedvance Finance Limited and held various roles, including Customer Care/Telesales Executive from January 2017 to August 2018, Pre-Disbursment/Document Control Officer from August 2018 to March 2020, Credit Risk Analyst from March 2020 to July 2020, and currently serves as the Customer Service Team Lead since July 2020.
