Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head HR for Revenue, Digital, Zee Studios, and Zee Music, along with overseeing Central HR at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited since April 2007. In this role, Amit leads the people agenda across multiple business units, steering HR transformation and change management initiatives that have positively affected over 1,200 employees. Previous positions include various HR leadership roles at Stream International, Flexiworks India Pvt Ltd, Percept Picture Company, Peopleone Consulting, and Manjeet Stone Company. Amit holds a Master's degree in Labour Laws and Personnel Management from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
