Rahul Rao

Rahul Rao is a seasoned executive in the media and marketing sectors with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as Chief Channel Officer for Zee Punjabi and the English & Lifestyle Cluster at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited since December 2013, Rahul has also held significant roles such as Business Head for Zee Sarthak and the launch of Zee Punjabi, as well as Deputy Business Head for Zee Bangla. Prior to this, Rahul's experience includes positions at ILLVA Saronno Holding and Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from brand development to marketing management. Rahul began the professional journey as Marketing Manager for Flemingo Duty Free Shop and has a solid educational background with an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
