Caroline Scott

Caroline Scott is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as VP People at Zego since July 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held several key positions at Skyscanner, including Human Resources Director and Head of HR for EMEA & US from February 2015 to July 2022. Caroline's earlier career includes leadership roles at Tesco Bank and Unilever, where responsibilities spanned from Head of HR to HR Business Partner. Caroline holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and completed education at Robert Gordon's College.
