Masaki Sean Ashida

Masaki Sean Ashida has a diverse range of work experience. Masaki Sean started their career as a Conversation Partner at Calvin College in 2011, where they helped students practice their language skills. Masaki Sean also worked as a Tutor, providing Japanese tutoring services during the same period.

In 2013, Masaki worked as an Impact Team Member at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they restocked store supplies, interacted with customers, and fulfilled their needs.

From 2014 to 2020, Masaki held various roles in different companies. Masaki Sean interned at Kanda Seisakusho in 2014 and taught at Al-Kon (Global) International School during the same year.

In 2016, Masaki joined BizReach, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a key role in client satisfaction by resolving hiring issues, improving cost reductions, and implementing operations efficiencies. Masaki Sean later became a Direct Recruiting Consultant/Account Manager at the same company, focusing on sales strategies, client relationships, and business transactions.

In 2019, Masaki worked as an Account Executive at GumGum, where they strengthened customer relationships, oversaw new business development, and collaborated with the media team to optimize event coverage.

Currently, Masaki holds a position at ゼヒトモ as a Human Resources Recruiter Leader, having started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at the same company from May 2022 to December 2022. Masaki Sean also previously worked as an Enterprise Sales representative from March 2020 to May 2022.

Masaki Sean Ashida received a high school diploma from Christian Academy in Japan in 2011. Masaki Sean then attended Calvin University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
