Matthew Piscitello joined ZRA in October 2014 as an Associate. Mr. Piscitello supports the management of projects that develop cutting-edge solutions to network security that leverage existing and emerging technologies. Such work includes the creation, articulation, and visualization of notional architectures and conceptual frameworks for guidance documents to a diverse set of stakeholders.
Mr. Piscitello has taken an interest in cybersecurity from a young age and previously worked as a freelance cybersecurity journalist, social media manager for SecuritySkeptic, and Member Services Liaison for the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG).
Mr. Piscitello graduated from the University of South Carolina, Beaufort with a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors, with a concentration in Creative Writing. He received the Sheila J. Toombs Award for Outstanding English Major, was an active member of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Sigma chapter, and remains an Alumni Epsilon member as of 2014.
