Pempa Dolma

Pempa Dolma has over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Quality Assurance professional at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since July 2011. Prior to this role, Pempa worked as a Customer Service Representative at EXL from June 2010 to June 2011. Pempa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce and completed studies at TNMF School between 1992 and 2006.
