Gemma Capelo has a diverse range of work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Gemma began their career as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in February 2015, where they worked until April 2016. Following that, in April 2016, they joined Simmons & Simmons as a UCITS KIID & Passporting Executive, and remained with the company until March 2021. In March 2021, Gemma joined the Zeidler Group as a Senior Associate, and in January 2022, they were promoted to Director and Head of Reporting Services Division. Gemma remains in this role at Zeidler Group.
Gemma Capelo completed their education in Law, starting with their Bachelor of Law (LLB) Hons degree at the University of Dundee from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) at The University of Law from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and became a Registered PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from PeopleCert in December 2020.
