Prashant Patil has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Prashant most recently served as the Head of Software Engineering at Zeidler Legal Services starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Aakanksha Business Solutions from 2014 to 2018, where they were responsible for building and managing a team of web developers and graphic designers. Prashant also developed and maintained web applications for The Employment Guide LLC during their time there. Prashant also worked at The Employment Guide, LLC as a Web Developer Team Lead from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they were a Web Programmer III at Dominion Enterprises from 2007 to 2013, where they participated in the development of web apps using Agile Methodologies and implemented web development using MVC frameworks. Prashant also served as a System Analyst/ Lead Developer at Basic Your Best Buy from 2004 to 2007, during which they led web development activities and mentored junior developers. Prashant has additional experience as a QA member at CenturyTel Inc., a Graduate Assistant/ Web Developer at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and as a Management Trainee at FIAT India LTD.
Prashant Patil completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1995 and 1999. Prashant then pursued a Diploma in Advance Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) from 2001 to 2002. Following this, Prashant obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana Monroe, completing their studies in 2004.
In addition to their formal education, Prashant has acquired two certifications. Prashant obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2022 and achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution in December 2021.
