Mithun Nair

Mithun Nair is an experienced professional in the fields of product development and research and development, currently serving as the Head of R&D - Omnichannel Sales at Carl Zeiss India since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mithun led product development efforts for online technology at ZEISS Vision Care USA from June 2021 to March 2024 and managed R&D at Itron, Inc. from March 2017 to June 2021, focusing on meter data management system software. With a solid background in software quality assurance gained during tenure at industry leaders such as Symantec and Landis+Gyr, Mithun's expertise encompasses both technical leadership and quality assurance roles. Mithun holds multiple certifications including ISTQB®, CSM®, PMI-ACP®, and SAFe ASE®, complemented by an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi College.
