Dana Jackson

Director, Human Resources at Zeitgeist Research

Dana Jackson has over 20 years of experience in the food, wine, and hospitality industries, working with major hotel companies and casinos on developing brand and customer satisfaction standards.

After joining the management team at the Westin and Four Seasons Hotels, Mr. Jackson joined Richey International, an industry leader in hospitality and guest experience consulting where he was Vice President of Consulting Services. His clients over the years have included Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, The Ritz Paris, Le Bristol Hotel Paris, Sandy Lane Resort, Hilton International, Preferred Hotels and Resorts, the Taj Group, Peninsula Hotels, and Venetian/Palazzo Hotels in Las Vegas as well as Viking River Cruises.

Before joining Zeitgeist Research, Mr. Jackson focused on his passion for wine and hospitality as the General Manager of Novelty Hill Januik Winery and served on the Board of Directors for the Woodinville Wine Country. In 2021, he and his fellow board members established a Diversity Scholarship in partnership with Washington State University.

Mr. Jackson was honored to moderate the 2021 International Winemakers Summit, an event sponsored by Urban Connoisseur, an organization that supports black-owned wineries, vineyards, and winemakers to help grow the community of American winemakers of African descent.

Mr. Jackson is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and earned his degree in sociology and political science at the University of California, Berkeley.
