Renfei W. is a User Experience Designer with a diverse background in enhancing digital platforms. Currently at Zeitro since September 2022, Renfei has improved the loan applicant platform through collaboration and led a comprehensive redesign of the loan officer platform. Prior experience includes a role at Saviynt where Renfei spearheaded the redesign of the admin mobile application. An earlier internship at Zeitro involved researching online mortgage processes and successfully launching the initial Mortgage Application and Check Rates experience. Renfei's design expertise is supported by a Master’s degree in IDM from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Design from the University of Arizona.
