Erin Campbell

Erin Campbell, PHR has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management. Erin began their career at FedEx Ground as a Senior Human Resources Representative and worked there for 9 years. After that, they joined Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. where they held the role of Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for 7 years. During this time, they were responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting function, providing HR support for over 400 individuals, handling benefits administration, and promoting positive employee relations. In 2012, Erin joined Zekelman Industries as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition. Erin developed strategies for attracting top talent and managed the talent acquisition team to ensure positions were filled with qualified candidates. Most recently, Erin has taken on the role of Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Zekelman Industries.

Erin Campbell, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Xavier University, which was obtained between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024. Erin also possesses a Professional, Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
