Jennifer Murphy

Jennifer Murphy, SPHR, is an accomplished senior human resources leader with extensive experience in managing HR strategies across various sectors. Currently, Jennifer serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Zekelman Industries, overseeing human resource functions for a $4B Tube & Pipe Operations division. Prior to this, Jennifer held senior leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies, including Senior Director of Human Resources for the $1.4B Maritime Sector and leadership in Talent Management for the Integrated Mission Systems segment. Jennifer's earlier experience includes significant HR leadership positions at L3 Technologies and Access Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR management, talent development, and compliance oversight. Jennifer holds an MBA in HR from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BA in English from La Salle University.
