Anand Panimaya

Anand Panimaya has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. In 2008, they began working as the Managing Trustee for DEEPAM, a non-profit organization working with the under-privileged sections of the society in Tamil Nadu, India. In 2011, they became a Trustee for MANITHAM, a not-for-profit, Public Charitable Trust located in Nagamangalam, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Additionally, they were the Founder, Farmer for Anandham Agri (Ad)Venture, a family run venture, and the Sr. General Manager & Head - Offshore Delivery, General Manager - QA, QA Manager, and QA Lead for BPA Technologies, Inc. In 2017, they joined Nihilent Ltd as a Delivery Manager and then moved to Nihilent Technologies Inc. as a Sr. Program Manager. In 2019, they were the Head of IT, Security and Compliance and QA Lead for Sapling and Head of Delivery for Zelar. Finally, in 2022, they will become the Head of Compliance for Kallidus, a global team with an awarding suite of HR and L&D software supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

Anand Panimaya completed their B.V.Sc from Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in 2002, after having attended Little Flower Higher Secondary School from 1990 to 1996. Anand then went on to pursue their MS from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2003. Additionally, they obtained the JumpCloud Core certification from JumpCloud in July 2021 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2019.
