Javier Lorenzini

Javier Lorenzini currently serves as VP Comercial LATAM at Zelestra, focusing on driving expansion in Latin America through structured long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and leading the commercial team in the region. Prior experience includes roles at The AES Corporation, where Javier held positions as International Director of Commercial Analytics & Strategic Initiatives, supporting portfolio management in Non-US Markets, and as Regional Manager for Structuring & Portfolio in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, managing pricing and negotiation of PPAs. Earlier, Javier worked at AES Gener S.A. as Manager of Origination and Specialist in Contract Management, responsible for developing customer-oriented solutions and administering significant PPAs. Javier's entrepreneurial experience includes serving as CEO of Exergon, focusing on energy-efficient projects, and business development at Termomin Ltda. Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in Electricity Markets from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Financial Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
