Laura Madrid Lobato

Laura Madrid Lobato is an experienced leader in people operations and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of People Operations and Process Improvement at Zelestra since March 2025. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as a Global People Operations Specialist at OneTrust, where key contributions included managing Workday and data accuracy, and as a Senior People Strategy Analyst at Job&Talent, overseeing a DEI&B audit for over 30,000 employees. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Business Consultant and a Junior Business Consultant at Management Solutions, where Laura focused on database integrity and regulatory reporting, and an internship in legal research at Telefónica. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Business Consulting from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a dual degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, supplemented by an exchange program at the University of Vienna, and has recently completed a program in People Analytics and Digital Innovation in HR at Esade.
